Tasting form

Tastings are pre-scheduled one time per month and cost $25 unless you book through a preferred vendor & then they are free. Tasting includes your choice of 6 cake flavors prepared for scheduled pickup. You may take it home for you to enjoy!

If you have a planner/coordinator please include their name in this order. Preferred vendors: Vintage Modern Event Planning, Slate Founders Tower.

Please list any food allergies.

Once you decide on flavor please place a wedding/event order with the flavors you choose.
